Intro to Breastfeeding Services
Nicole Reid, MS, IBCLC
Nicole Reid gave birth to her first child, Ellie, when she was
a graduate student studying biological & agricultural engineering. Soon
after Ellie’s birth, she found that life had given her a new calling – motherhood.
Since then, her interest in breastfeeding and birth has become an ever increasing
part of her life’s work. Nicole began mentoring other breastfeeding mothers
7 years ago as a La Leche League Leader. Her love of science and education
led her to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
in 2008. Her most important credential is the personal experience she has
gained as mom to Ellie and her other three children: Isaac, Isabel and Gigi.
Nicole is committed to supporting each breastfeeding family through their
